Sightseeing Cruise Special Events
- Available by private charter plan a unique all day sightseeing cruise to Fayette State Park
located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This once bustling
industrial community manufactured charcoal pig iron between 1867 and
1891. The town had a foundry with blast furnaces, hotel,
school house, shops and numerous residences. Sailing schooners
were in and out of the beautiful harbor, transporting goods and
passengers and departing with their holds full of pig iron for ports
all over Lake Michigan. Now all that remains is a ghost town
with many of the building restored so you can step back in time and
walk through this historic village. For more information on
Fayette State Park go to

rugged remote shorelines. Along the way, we will pass by Rock Island State Park,
Wisconsin's northernmost island in Lake Michigan. There you will see Pottawatomie
Lighthouse the oldest lighthouse on Lake Michigan built in 1836. As we continue,
we'll pass into the waters of Upper Michigan on our way to Poverty and Saint Martin Islands
where you will see their historic lighthouses and scenic wilderness. You will
learn about the events that lead to Poverty Island Lighthouse being abandoned and the
legend of the Poverty Island Gold. Due to the remote location of these islands very few
